✈️ How the Flight Works:
For maximum safety, the drone always flies over the sea, parallel to the bike’s path on the cycling lane. This ensures a beautiful and safe recording setting.
🌤 Weather Conditions:
To ensure your safety and enjoyment, our service operates only under favorable weather conditions. The wind should not exceed 10.7m/s, and rain is a prohibitive factor.
Video Duration
Using the drone, we capture unforgettable moments from your ride along the coastal cycling path. The service includes a high-definition (HD) video, 1 minute long, with the breathtaking view of the sea and the city in the background.
Cost of Drone Videography:
The total cost for the Drone Video Service is 70,00€.
Payment will be made in two phases:
- A 50% deposit (35,00€) before the flight
- The remaining amount (35,00€) upon receiving the video
Delivery Process
Once the drone recording is complete, your video will be sent to you via WeTransfer within 4-5 business days.
Terms and Conditions
- The service is only available on days when the weather conditions are favorable for the safe flight of the drone.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling of the service will be offered.
- Customers agree that the use of the drone will comply with all local regulations and laws.
- The use of the drone fully complies with current regulations.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Safety
- The safety of our customers and equipment is our top priority. Flights will only take place when they are deemed absolutely safe.
- Our drone equipment is regularly maintained and checked before each flight.
Usage Rights
- Customers have the right to use the videos and photos for personal use.
- BikeIT retains the right to use the videos and photos for advertising purposes unless the customer states otherwise
